上海市妇女干部学校是上海市妇联的教育培训基地。1985年成立以来，学校秉承“开拓、进取、团结、务实”的精神，为提高妇女干部的素质、促进妇女发展发挥了市妇女教育培训基地的作用。在市妇联的领导下，学校以开展妇女理论与妇女工作实务和能力为主的妇女干部岗位培训；开展以“立足上海，融入长三角，服务全国”为宗旨的外省市培训；开展以宏扬时代精神，提升女性综合素质为宗旨的妇女教育；开展以促进女性就业、创业的职业技术培训，为进一步开发女性人力资源，培养女性优秀人才做出自己的贡献。
